Return & Refund Policy
At Empowered Products d.o.o., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. When shopping on www.empoweredproducts.co.uk, you are protected by the UK Consumer Rights Act and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Statutory Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel via a clear statement (e.g., via our contact form or email).
2. Hygiene and Health Protection Exception
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
For safety and hygiene purposes, we can only accept returns of products that are completely unopened, in their original packaging, and with the protective seal fully intact. Once the seal is broken, the product is deemed "used" in a hygiene context and is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
If you cancel within the 14-day period and the goods remain sealed, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
Refunds will be processed using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to our designated facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods are faulty or do not match the description provided, you have a statutory right to a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately upon discovery of the fault. In these instances, the hygiene seal requirement for returns is waived.
6. Governing Law
This policy and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
